There is a difference between being judgmental and warning someone.

God usually sends His servants into our lives to warn us and not to shame us. Every rebuke from God makes you better than He met you.

Prayer topic: Father, open my eyes to receive rebuke and correction gladly and not to misinterpret Your warning as shaming

The Wrong Way to Fast- Proph. Joshua Dsane

Fasting is not merely about seeking God daily and delighting to know His way that makes it profitable (vrs 2) One wrong way to fast is to find pleasure and exact all your labours (v 3). Fasting is not the time to do the things you love and get involved in so many activities. It's a time with the Lord. In some parts of the Bible, fasting is called mourning. Another wrong way to fast is for strife and debate and to smite (v 4). Fasting must kill the flesh and not empower it. It's not the time to quarrel, fight and argue.
