Colossians  3:2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. Where you set your affection is very important to God. Its not enough to be a Christian and still be affectionate about the things of this world. I was in elementary school—just a child—when I began masturbating. By junior high, I had added pornography to the mix. In high school, I was deeply engrossed in sexual addiction. Hebrews  11:11 Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised. The secret behind the results of faith is that it is personal. Jesus constantly told people according to your faith. No one can believe for you, you must believe for yourself. 1 Corinthians  8:13 Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend. There are certain things in life that are not sinful but are a stumbling block for others based on their background, culture, experiences. This is why as a believer you do not just avoid sin but also things that can negatively affect the faith of your fellow believer. Prayer topic: Heavenly Father, make me sensitive to the other believers around me so that my actions do not lead others into disbelief.

1 Corinthians 4:14  I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloved sons I warn you. There is a difference between being judgmental and warning someone. God usually sends His servants into our lives to warn us and not to shame us. Every rebuke from God makes you better than He met you. Prayer topic: Father,  open my eyes to receive rebuke and correction gladly and not to misinterpret Your warning as shaming

Solomon 4:16  Awake, O north wind; and come, thou south; blow upon my garden, that the spices thereof may flow out. Let my beloved come into his garden, and eat his pleasant fruits. The fragrance of whatever we carry as believers determines how much impact we can make in the kingdom. As you invite the Father to eat of the pleasant fruits of your garden, His presence as a Spirit, moves over your spirit (garden) causing the fragrance of your anointing to be spread abroad. Prayer topic: Father, hover over my spirit with your glorious presence so that Your wind can release the fragrance of my anointing to the ends of the earth.

Psalms 127:2  It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep. Physical plans and structures are not a substitute for the power of God. It is only God that gives rest. You can labour all your life and never get the opportunity to enjoy it unless God allows you to rest. Prayer topic: Heavenly Father, I reverse every spirit of unending labour for others to enjoy. I pray for Your Spirit to bring me rest in all things.

Jude 1:5 I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. Unbelieve is the path to destruction. The battle against unbelieve does not end after you accept Jesus Christ. It is a daily battle you must war against. You can be saved and after a while begin to walk in unbelievers. This is the reason why some believer still suffer destruction like the unsaved. Prayer topic: Heavenly Father, I repent of every seed of unbelieve lingering in my heart. Deliver me from all thoughts and deeds that lead to destruction.

1 John  2:9 He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now. Many claim to be saved and walking in the light and yet still hold grudges and have hatred in their hearts. When the God of love comes to dwell in your heart through salvation, you no longer have that desire to keep grudges and have hateful feelings against others. Prayer topic: Heavenly Father, I release everyone I have held captive in my heart through hatred. I let go of any pain, bitterness and anger I have towards anyone through the help of the Holy Spirit.

Philemon 1:10 I beseech thee for my son Onesimus, whom I have begotten in my bonds:  1:11 Which in time past was to thee unprofitable, but now profitable to thee and to me: One major thing that happens whenever we become born again is that we become profitable to people and places where we were once a nuisance. *Prayer topic:* Heavenly Father, use me as a vessel that will bring good things to every person and place that I was once unprofitable to when I was in the world.

1 Thessalonians 3:11 Now God himself and our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, direct our way unto you. God loves to direct the path of His servants whenever they allow Him. It is only God who can lead you to the right people to pray for, witness to, advice, encourage or do good to. Prayer topic: Heavenly Father, order my steps to whoever needs my help or support so they can come to the Lord or be strengthened in the Lord!

Ephesians  2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: Anytime a person is without Christ, he or she experiences four major things. First they are alienated from the Commonwealth or common blessing associated with the children of Israel. Secondly, they become strangers to all covenant promises of scripture. Thirdly,they have no hope nor assurance of eternal life. Finally, they walk on this earth which is full of wickedness with God to shield them. Prayer topic: Heavenly Father, I pray for everyone connected to me that does not have Christ dwelling in them. Let the grace that brings salvation appear unto them in Jesus Name!

Acts  1:4 And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me. Waiting on God is a vital command we must fulfill to raise every promise He has for us as believers. You must cultivate the habit on stay in one place for a period of time just to receive all that God promised you. Prayer topic: Oh God, I receive grace to wait upon You for the manifestation of every promise in my life.

Mark  9:45 And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: When Jesus spoke about the foot in this verse, He was talking about our way of life. How we walk on this earth; whether by faith or by sight. Walking by sight can lead you into much trouble than you can imagine. Prayer topic:Heavenly Father, empower me to get rid of all lifestyles that lead to destruction.
